While I’m Oncall..

I'm currently at the hospital while writing this..
While I'm serving the community (cheewahh..) My husband will be at home taking care of our children. I'm really thankful because I can rely on him to take care of the girls while I'm away and not worry a thing about them.
Thank you, S…
And my husband will send me pictures of them having fun at home.. Mostly just wanna make me feel jealous, I think! Hehe.. Yes it works! Yes I'm jealous!
And this one just came in earlier today…
Tasha loves to crawl around the house. She can be found wandering around on her own, hiding behind the curtain, playing under the dining table, crawling from room to room.. This girl is really active. And for the past three weeks, she has started to stand and cruise.. the sofa is her favourite..

The picture above, that's Tasha under the dining table, trying to cruise while holding on to the seats, and check out B's expression.. priceless moment!

Thank you S for making sure I didn't miss this moment!
Will be home tomorrow after my handover rounds😉
I miss you all..

XO

Dining Out..

I don’t know about you but my husband and I love to dine out sometimes.. from courting time until now. The different is the entourage. It’s getting bigger now.. We always bring Bella and and Tasha along.. It’s now table for four with 2 baby chairs! Haha..

And lately, our table always end up looking like this!!

.

.

.

.

.

.

.

.

A real mess!

Bella with insist to eat on her own (and feed the table, floor and herself..)

Tasha will throw anything we give to her on the floor (that’s the 8 month old normal development milestone! Haha)

OMG!!

We rarely able to finish our food (there’s always someone wants / throw / play with something or screaming to come out of their baby chair!) Hehe.. Mommy will have to kemas balik the table as normal as possible. I would have sweep the floor if I can!!! Hehe..

Time has changed, from romantic candlelight dinner for two to this chaos.

Despite all that, we really enjoy spending time with the children. They grew up so fast you can barely remember how was it when they were younger, and once you missed it, nothing can replace that moment. It won’t be long before they start to grow up and tell you not to hug and kiss them anymore. For now, we are just enjoying their company..

Marriage: A Good Advice

Last October 10th was our 3rd year wedding anniversary.
It still feels like yesterday when we just got married. I don’t know what happened, and suddenly we have these two kids running in the house!! Haha..
Good time really flies…
Personally, I love to read books or article about marriage. I would love to know how happy couple stays happy together. And recently, a good friend of mine sent me this good piece of advice.. and I want to share this with all of you. To me, this piece is beautifully written with heart filled with pure love and faith..
Marriage is a school where you get the certificate before you start.
A school where you will never graduate.
A school without a break or a free period.
A school where no one is allowed to drop out.
A school which you will have to attend every day of your life.
A school where there is no sick leave or holidays.
A school founded by the Almighty:
1. On the foundation of love,
2. The walls made of trust,
3. The door made of acceptance,
4. The windows made of understanding.
5. The furniture made of blessings.
6. The roof made of faith.
Before you forget, you are just a student not the principal. The Almighty is the principal.
Even at times of a storm, don’t be unwise and run outside.
Remember this school is the safest place to be.
Never go to sleep before completing your assignments for the day.
Never forget the C-word, communicate, communicate, communicate with your classmate and with the Principal.
If you find something in your classmate (spouse) that you do not appreciate, remember your classmate is also just a student not a graduate. The Almighty is not finished with him/her yet, so take it as a challenge and work on it together.
Do not forget to study, study, study the Noble Book (the main textbook in this school).
Start each day with a sacred assembly and end it the same way.
Sometimes you will feel like not attending class, yet you have to.
When tempted to quit find the courage and continue.
Some tests and exams may be tough but remember the Principal knows how much you can bear.
Still, it is one of the best schools on earth; joy, peace and happiness accompany each lesson of the day.
Different subjects are offered in this school, yet love is the major subject.
After all the years of being theoretical about it, now you have a chance to practice it.
To be loved is a good thing, but to love is the greatest privilege of them all.
Marriage is a place of love, so love your spouse but remember: “This class doesn’t involve a person who is not permitted into it”! If you invite your mother or father or your friends to this class, or anyone who is not allowed to be there, you will fail the exam.
It is you who should attend and it is you who will pass.
Its your choice today:” build it or break it”.
May the Almighty bless us all. Aameen..

Table For 2

The other day, we had a shoot for a programme called “Table For 2” with Chef Anis Nabilah..

It’s about fine dining in Malaysia. So, the producer asked us to choose which restaurant we wanted to try. Being the adventurous one, my husband chose to eat at a Japanese restaurant, Iketeru at KL Hilton. And me being a good wife, ikut je lar..

It was an awesome experience for me.. It’s not the usual sushi and sashimi.. If you wanna know what they serve, you must watch the show!! I’ll let you know when it’s gonna be on TV!!😉

And that cute, young lady in between us is Chef Anis!! OMG!! She is super adorable! Very young, vibrant and the way she speaks.. I believe she’s made for TV!! (unlike me..! Haha..) And of course, at that young, tender age, she’s already a famous chef!

Inspired by Chef Anis.. So, I have decided to equip Bella with cooking skills!! Haha… The next day, I rushed to Toys’R’Us..

and bought PlayDoh!!! Hahahahaha….

Next on my list, the kitchen counter with cooking set!!😀
