Great News To Share :)

I’m overwhelmed to share this great news with all of you :) We have been keeping this little secret to ourselves.. My God, keeping a secret is definitely not easy!!

But today, I guess is the right time to tell Barely Supermommy readers that we are expecting!! Bella is gonna be a big sister!!! :D

I have completed my third month pregnancy and had a scan done earlier today..

MasyaAllah, it’s like a dejavu seeing God’s creation.

Subhanallah..


It may looks big on the screen, but in reality, a 3 month old fetus is only about 5cm long. God is great..

I pray for a healthy baby, safe pregnancy and secretly wishing for a boy ;)

(Haha.. not a secret anymore, I guess :D)

Whatever the outcome is, praise to Allah who granted our doa… alhamdullilah :)

B’s 1st Birthday Party at School!

Tomorrow, July 21 is B’s first birthday!! How time flies… She has grown up so quickly, and we tried very hard not to miss her first smile.. first word.. first step..

We have thousands of B’s pictures and videos just to capture all this precious moment. I believe many of you out there feels the same way too.

Today, Bella celebrated her first birthday with her friends at school. We celebrated earlier because her birthday falls on Saturday, no school on Saturday meh.. Nope, mommy and daddy wasn’t there. Only the kids!!

Can you imagine??!! We are not invited to her first party ever!! Hahahha..

But she had a blast at school!!

That’s B with her first birthday cake!! Yup, Red Angry Bird!! Hahahha.. We just thought it’s a nice decor, so we choose that cake :D

She’s a Lady!!

Yay!! B is turning one in a few days time.. Daddy has a big plan for her. He really wanted to do this since B was 6 month old but I kept delaying it with one thousand and one reason not to.. Hahaha..

Guess what he wanted to do??

He wanted B to get her ear pierce!

So, today is my off day after on call last night. When I came home, he told me..

Daddy: Let’s get B a birthday present..

Mommy: OK.. *sambil pening2 lalat coz I didn’t sleep last night*

Daddy: I wanna pierce her ears.. (in a very cool tone)

Mommy: Hah??? *hilang, pening, penat, mengantuk dan sebagainya*

Daddy: *:)* Jom.. siap in 30 minutes..

Mommy: *i turned blue*

Daddy has actually done his homework.. He has been searching for places that do ear-piercing for babies. Not many place does that. None of jewelry shops in our neighborhood wants to do it for B. Finally, after asking around, he found one in Ampang.. But at this point, nothing stops him!! *double gulp*

At noon, we are already at that particular jewelry shop in Ampang. Daddy was so excited holding his daughter.. B looks cool and calm not knowing what’s gonna happen.. Mommy doa banyak2.. Hehehe..

The lady that pierced her ears was very good and professional. I guess she must have done this a thousand times.. before the piercing, she numbed B’s earlobes using ethyl-chloride, a very cool numbing agent. I know that thing works well coz we have that in the hospital. *legaaa*

I noticed B only cried loud after that lady sprayed the ethyl-chloride. It is icy cool. B must be really shock with that feeling. After that she was ok..Image

B’s First Few Steps..

Bella now is able to balance herself one or two steps forward *proud mommy* It is such a joy to see her learn to walk.. She fell down many times but that’s okay. It’s part of the learning process. She’ll learn to get up and try again :)

That’s B with her ‘gu’.. Yeah, ball is ‘gu’.. Hahahha.. We are learning her language as well ;)

B hates the grass. Probably it’s too prickly for her.. She will struggle to get up again and start to nag each time she fell down.. Hahaha..

Then she’ll get up again..

Trying to balance herself.. (and NOT touching the grass!!)

Hahahaha…

Unfortunately the gravity wins!! She didn’t move at all while lying on the grass.. before started screaming!! Hehehe..

Yeah, we had fun!!
