Happy Mother’s Day… A Belated One!

Happy Mother’s Day to all mommies out there. I know I’m like a little late.. but I did not forget!! Happy Mother’s Day to my mother, she is definitely the best mom I can ever wish for. I may not realised this when I was a kid.. but now, I know what she did for me is pure love. May Allah grant her with Jannah. Ameen…

The day before Mother’s Day, I was oncall. Many sad things happened. A mother of 3 passed away because of dengue. Another lady who just gave birth to her first child passed away due to unforeseen circumstances.. It’s just a crazy busy and extremely depressing call for me and my colleagues. I can’t imagine what their children had to go through. They will be traumatise every Mother’s Day thinking their mother passed away one day before Mother’s Day.. The day that they should celebrate with joy and love turned into a funeral of their own mother. MasyaAllah… May Allah grant these mothers’ Jannah..

When I got home the next day.. I got a little surprise from my girls.. They made a card for me! It’s not big. Nothing fancy but I really touched my heart. I think my heart skipped a beat when I read the card that B made for me..

She is only three turning four in July.. Forgive her attempts to draw a person there..! I think the tall yellow person is me and the short orange girl is her.. and That little one down the card is little T! Haha.. I think it’s cute (I’m bias I know.. Haha..)

Well, it’s actually a 3D paper flower in a pot!! She doesn’t know how to write as yet.. but she crumples really well! Hahahah..

And with that.. They just made my day..
