From now on, I have agreed to include sponsored post in my blog. Of course it has to be related to parenting, mommyhood and me-stuff. I promise I will not write any review on spark plug, light bulb or anything like that. Definitely not my forte! It has to be relevant and beneficial to all of us.
Before this, I never knew I can reach where I am today, but after a while, I realised with all your supports, more that 11 million hits for over 3 years, almost 100k followers on Instagram and Facebook each. What is there not to be thankful for..?

Hello dr halina! Im a big fan of u! I am a housemann with a 5 month old baby. Being a houseman mom is not easy. I suppose u still remember the hard days during houseman year. With the long working hours. Huhu. Currently aiming to exclussively bf my baby.i love being around in d hospital but the long working hours and the working environment really made me feel down sometimes and feel like quitting. Especially when i had no time to ebm - really made me feel guity as though i was too busy working and got no time to feed my own baby. I would really appreciate if u have tips for the houseman mom.thanx
It’s difficult Hanie.. I know but I guess you have to make do with what you have. EBM at work. Tell your colleagues and your MO.. they should understand. Drink a lot of water. Stress will be a problem because that will reduce the milk production but try, try and try.. I have a houseman in my department who has an 8 month old baby with her husband is studying abroad. She takes care of her baby on her own. Send to nursery while she’s on call and takes care of her when she’s free. I have so much respect for that girl and she is a good houseman. If other people can, Im sure you can too. Good luck!
